Anam Cara House Colac

Anam Cara House Colac is a community-owned hospice located at 50 Forans Road, Barongarook West, near Colac in South West Victoria. It provides respite care, palliative care, end of life care, and short-term transitional care for people of all ages living with long-term or life-limiting illnesses. The facility is set in a tranquil rural retreat with spacious grounds, designed to feel home-like rather than institutional. An in-home palliative respite service is also offered, extending support beyond the physical premises. Family and carer accommodation is available on-site, and bereavement care and advance care planning are part of the service offering.
