Mercy Health Home Care Colac

Mercy Health Home Care Colac is an in-home care service office located at Mercy Place Colac, 83-99 Queen Street, Colac VIC 3250, serving the Colac community and surrounding regional area. It is operated by Mercy Health, a Catholic not-for-profit organisation founded by the Sisters of Mercy. The office coordinates government-funded in-home support including domestic assistance, personal care, nursing, allied health, dementia and memory support, overnight and 24-hour care, palliative care and respite care. It also delivers a Meals on Wheels service to the Colac community, partially funded under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and provided in partnership with local supplier Foodaroma.
