Pathways Cremorne

Pathways Cremorne (to be named Amara Cremorne By Pathways) is a planned boutique seniors living and residential aged care development located at 50-88 Parraween Street and 59-67 Gerard Street in Cremorne, NSW. The project received planning approval in April 2025 and is designed to blend 5-star luxury with a strong sense of community for both independent seniors and residential aged care residents. Developed by Pathways Residences in collaboration with architectural firms CHROFI and Morrison Design, the residence will feature active street frontages with allied health and retail services integrated into the local town centre. Pathways Residences also operates three existing Sydney facilities: Pathways Cronulla Pines (169 beds, dementia unit), Pathways Killara Gardens (105 beds), and Pathways Sailors Bay (121 beds).
