Creswick Hospital & Community Health Centre

Creswick Health is part of Central Highlands Rural Health, a public rural health service operating across Victoria's Central Highlands and Macedon Ranges region at 1 Napier St, Creswick VIC 3363. It provides residential aged care offering both permanent and respite care aimed at enhancing residents' physical and mental wellbeing. The broader organisation also delivers hospital services, community health, district nursing, palliative care and in-home support. The Creswick site recently underwent a major redevelopment to expand care in the community. As a government-run service, it forms one of three residential aged care locations operated by Central Highlands Rural Health.
