Fernlea Community Care - Emerald

Fernlea Community Care is a not-for-profit organisation providing day respite and in-home care services across Emerald and Pakenham in Victoria. Services are funded by the Australian Government through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, helping older Australians maintain independence and community connections. In April 2025, Fernlea opened a new community house in Emerald designed as a space for programs, courses, events, and activities shaped by community input. The organisation is committed to compassionate, person-centred care delivered in clients' homes and community settings.
