Right at Home Northern Rivers is a home care agency based in West Ballina, New South Wales, serving the Northern Rivers region including Ballina, Lismore, Byron Bay, Murwillumbah, and Tweed Heads. The office is owned and operated by Claudia Clissold and Nick Tate as part of the Right at Home franchise network, which also runs offices on the Gold Coast. Services are delivered in clients' own homes and include nursing care, allied health, dementia care, palliative care, respite care, and 24-hour care, as well as NDIS disability support. They are an approved Support at Home provider and registered NDIS provider, offering both government-funded and private care packages with no package management fees. As a home care and community support agency rather than a residential facility, they do not provide accommodation.
