Osboine Contemporary Aged Care is a modern, purpose-built residential aged care facility located in Bayswater, Perth, accommodating 106 residents requiring higher levels of care and assistance. The facility is divided into four wings (Orton, Cameron, Gillon, and Glass), with the 30-bed Glass wing opened in September 2014. Services include personal care, continence management, meal assistance, mobility and rehabilitation support, specialised nursing care, medication management, palliative and end-of-life care, and dementia-specialist care with a secure area. The facility is designed to provide different levels of care and assisted living, supported by an experienced and dedicated team of professionals.
