Jymbilung House is a not-for-profit aged and disability care service managed and owned by Mununjali Housing and Development Company Limited, an Aboriginal community organisation based in the Beaudesert area of Queensland. Rather than residential accommodation, it provides in-home and community-based support aimed at helping frail aged people and people with disabilities remain in their own homes for as long as possible. It is a registered provider of Support at Home, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), the Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS) and Community Transport. Services include centre-based day respite, domestic assistance, personal care, meals, in-home respite, nursing, social support, allied health care and case management. Fees are discussed at assessment, with published price lists and client contribution policies available.
