Whiddon Beaudesert Star is an award-winning not-for-profit residential aged care home located on the outskirts of Beaudesert, a small rural town in Queensland. The home accommodates 102 residents and offers a range of single and double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, set among stunning gardens and outdoor areas. It provides 24/7 care from a Registered Nurse, an onsite physiotherapist, exercise programs, pet therapy (with resident therapy dog Angus), music therapy and a secure dementia care wing. Refundable Accommodation Deposits range from $540,000 for a standard room up to $675,000 for a deluxe courtyard room. Additional features include a visiting hairdresser, onsite gym, cooking groups, fresh daily meals, regular bus outings, church services and access to a mobile library.
