The Connault

The Connault is a luxury retirement village situated in a historic mansion in Balwyn, Melbourne, originally built in the 1930s on Melbourne's second highest point, approximately 10 km from the CBD. The facility offers both long-term permanent and short-term respite stays in large, individually appointed apartment suites, each featuring private ensuites, built-in wardrobes, bar fridges, hydronic central heating, and daily servicing. All meals are cooked on-site by resident chefs, and a 24-hour emergency call system is supported by nursing and personal care staff available around the clock. The grounds include a courtyard, spacious gardens, balconies, lounges, a dining room, and a library for resident use. An organised programme of social functions, group outings, and physiotherapy groups is provided to support residents' wellbeing and independence.
