Uniting Nareen Gardens Bateau Bay

Uniting Nareen Gardens Bateau Bay is a major redevelopment project on the Central Coast of NSW, led by Uniting (a not-for-profit organisation with Uniting Church affiliation). The new seniors community will include 182 retirement living apartments and a 160-place residential aged care home, with specialised dementia care provided on site. The development also incorporates assisted living services, delivering continuous care and support across every stage of a resident's needs. Outdoor spaces include a village green, landscaped gardens, and a BBQ area, alongside a clubroom for social activities. Construction commenced in early 2026 with residents expected to move in around late 2027.
