CareWays Community

CareWays Community is a not-for-profit in-home aged care and community support organisation that has been serving the Illawarra region of NSW since 1978. The organisation specialises exclusively in in-home care, explicitly stating it has no affiliation with any residential aged care facilities, religious organisations, or disability providers. Services include personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, social support, transport, medication assistance, wound care, and clinical assessment via a Registered Nurse. CareWays operates from offices at Dapto and Thirroul, and also runs community centres in Horsley, Koonawarra, and Thirroul offering social groups, youth programs, and community events.
