Scope Home Access

Scope Home Access is a specialist provider of aged care home modifications and occupational therapy services, operating across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Hunter, and ACT/Southern Highlands regions of NSW and the ACT. With over 35 years of industry experience, the organisation helps people aged 65 and over (or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 and over) and people with disability to remain safely and independently in their own homes. Services include occupational therapy assessments, minor and major home modifications (such as grab rails, ramps, and bathroom upgrades), home and yard maintenance, and builder consultations. Funding pathways include the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Home Care Packages, the NDIS, and a self-funded Social Enterprise option for those not eligible for government subsidies. Scope Home Access is not a residential aged care facility — it is a community-based support service focused on enabling people to age in place.
