Summerset Chirnside Park

Summerset Chirnside Park is a retirement village currently under development at 275 Manchester Road, Chirnside Park, VIC 3116, positioned near the Yarra Valley, Chirnside Park shopping centre, and local golf courses with good public transport access. The village will offer a continuum of care spanning independent living villas, assisted living apartments, and a residential care home, allowing residents to transition between care levels on-site. Once complete, resort-style communal facilities will include an indoor swimming pool, café, cinema, library, hair salon, bowling green, and communal vegetable gardens. Stage one homes — including 2–3 bedroom villas — are currently selling off the plan, and an on-site Activities Coordinator will manage a calendar of events and outings.
