Five Good Friends is an Australian home care provider and registered NDIS provider delivering in-home aged care and disability support services, not a residential aged care facility. They use technology-enabled matching to connect clients (called Members) with vetted care workers (called Helpers) for personalised in-home support tailored to individual goals and preferences. Services include personal care, domestic assistance, allied health coordination, dementia care, palliative care, respite care, and community participation. They have delivered over 3 million hours of care to more than 9,100 families and handle both government-funded (My Aged Care, NDIS) and self-funded arrangements.
