The facility includes 5 dementia care units, 24 high-care beds, and a 44-bed Hostel, and recently completed a $5 million upgrade. Both respite and permanent residential care are offered, with Italian-speaking lifestyle staff organising cultural activities, home-cooked Italian meals, and regular outings around Melbourne using the facility's two buses. Accommodation costs range from $550,000 to $850,000 RAD depending on room type, with concessional residents warmly welcomed.
