Fernlea Community Care - Pakenham

Fernlea Community Care is a not-for-profit home care and day respite service with locations in Pakenham and Emerald, Victoria. The organisation provides in-home care to support older Australians to live independently in their own homes, funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Programme. Fernlea also operates day respite centres and recently opened a new community house (April 2025) to foster social connections and community engagement programmes.
