Smarter Living Choices

Smarter Living Choices is a home care and community support service operating across Orange and Bathurst in regional New South Wales, established in 1998. They provide a broad range of in-home aged care services including personal care, domestic assistance, companion care, private nursing, wound care, respite care, palliative care, and dementia support. They also deliver NDIS services and support for Department of Veterans' Affairs card holders. Services are delivered in partnership with clients, families, and other providers using a person-centred approach. This is a community-based in-home care agency, not a residential aged care facility.
