Ozcare - Toowoomba is an aged care service located at 10 Pechey Street, Toowoomba, in Queensland's Darling Downs region, operated by Ozcare, a not-for-profit "special work" of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland. Ozcare's nursing presence in the region dates back to 1969 (then known as the Sisters of Charity Home Nursing Services), and in April 2019 it opened its first residential aged care facility in the region, allowing it to offer the full continuum of care. Alongside permanent residential aged care, the service provides residential respite, dementia-friendly care, home care, in-home nursing, allied health, a dementia advisory and support service, and a day respite centre serving Toowoomba and Oakey. As part of Ozcare's wider network of residential facilities, residents have access to 24-hour support from registered nurses and carers, allied health services, fresh onsite meals, and a variety of social activities.
