Toowoomba Community Care

Toowoomba Community Care is a not-for-profit community-based organisation providing home care support and day respite services in Toowoomba and surrounding districts. They offer home care packages, NDIS support, domestic assistance, and a day centre called Brightside that provides interactive group activities and entertainment. The service is focused on helping aged and frail people, and people with disability, stay at home with support. Brightside features regular activities, entertainment, social events, and outings to help participants maintain physical and mental wellbeing.
