Aboriginal Community Elders Services

Aboriginal Community Elders Services Inc (ACES) is a not-for-profit, Aboriginal community-controlled organisation based in Brunswick East, Victoria, on the banks of the Merri Creek on Wurundjeri country. ACES operates a 25-bed residential aged care facility offering high and low care services exclusively for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders in a safe, culturally respectful environment. The organisation also runs an outreach programme supporting Elders to remain living independently at home, a social support group, and a Carer Gateway service. The facility is described as situated in a tranquil setting alongside the Merri Creek, designed to allow Elders to live, connect, and thrive.
