St James Terrace

St James Terrace is a boutique 49-room privately owned Supported Residential Services facility located at 296 Warrigal Rd, Cheltenham VIC 3192. The facility offers permanent residential, respite, and convalescent care, and provides specialised support for residents with Autism and Down Syndrome as a registered NDIS provider. Staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including a registered nurse on-site, and residents are welcomed without requiring an ACAS assessment prior to admission. The facility follows an ageing-in-place philosophy, encouraging residents to personalise their single ensuite rooms with their own furniture and mementos. Allied health services including a physiotherapist and podiatrist attend the facility, alongside a lifestyle coordinator who runs regular group and individual activities.
