Portland Tabulam Multi-Purpose Service

Portland Tabulam Multi-Purpose Service is a small NSW Government-operated facility located at 20 Green Street, Portland NSW 2847, providing a 22-bed residential aged care facility alongside a broader range of health services. Respite care is available and can be arranged through the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). The facility also offers sub-acute inpatient care, community health services including chronic and complex care and women's and children's health, and a range of visiting allied health services outreached from Lithgow Health Service. An on-site private GP and pathology collections are available, and telehealth appointments can be booked. The facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
