Ozcare Villa Rosalie is a brand new, premium 120-bed aged care facility located in the heart of Newstead, Brisbane, at 43 Evelyn St. Spanning four levels of a 21-storey dual tower development co-located with the Rendu Towers retirement village, it offers elevated views of surrounding suburbs along with glimpses of the river and mountains. All rooms are generous single rooms with private ensuites, large glass windows, and ample storage. The facility provides permanent residential care, residential respite care, dementia-friendly care in secure wings, and accommodation for couples, with registered nurses on duty at all times. Ozcare is a special work of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland, operating as a not-for-profit provider with nearly 5,000 staff across more than 51 Queensland locations.
