Uniting Home Care Central Coast

Uniting Home Care Central Coast is a not-for-profit home care service operating on the Central Coast of NSW, part of the wider Uniting organisation affiliated with the Uniting Church. They support older people to remain living independently at home through services including domestic assistance, cottage respite (day and overnight), exercise physiology, and short-term restorative care. Care is available under government funding programmes (Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Support at Home) or on a private-pay basis, with a dedicated Home Care Navigator service to guide clients through the application process. Allied health professionals are available to assist with rehabilitation and reablement following illness or injury. Uniting describes itself as one of Australia's oldest and largest community service providers, operating for purpose rather than profit.
