Bloomfield Care Services

Bloomfield Care Services is an accredited NDIS service provider operating across the greater Sydney region of NSW. The organisation supports NDIS participants through a range of disability services including Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, and community nursing care. Services are delivered in participants' own homes, group homes, and SDA-approved properties. The organisation also offers allied health therapeutic supports, community participation, and regular community events for participants. Bloomfield Care Services is not a residential aged care facility.
