Care Connect

Care Connect is a not-for-profit in-home care provider established in 1994 that helps older Australians remain living independently at home. Operating across Australia, they deliver personalised care management through one of the country's largest networks of vetted care workers, supporting more than 85,000 people to date. Services span personal care assistance, home nursing, allied health, cleaning, gardening, meal preparation, social support, equipment and mobility aids, and aged care transport. The organisation delivers care under government-funded programs including the Support at Home program, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Out of Hospital Care, and a Restorative Care Pathway. Care Connect is a home care agency and does not operate residential aged care facilities.
