Uniting Home Care Blacktown

Uniting Home Care Western Sydney is a community-based home care service supporting older people in the Blacktown and greater Western Sydney region to remain living independently in their own homes. Services include domestic assistance, meal preparation, exercise physiology, and short-term restorative and rehabilitation programmes delivered by allied health professionals. Clients can access funding through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme or the Support at Home programme, or choose to pay privately. Uniting is one of Australia's largest not-for-profit community service providers, operating under the Uniting Church, with a stated mission of inspiring people, enlivening communities, and confronting injustice.
