Charla Lodge

Charla Lodge is the residential aged care component of Bordertown Memorial Hospital in Bordertown, a service town in the Tatiara district of South Australia's Limestone Coast region. Operated by SA Health as part of the hospital campus, Charla Lodge provides residential care for older residents of Bordertown and the surrounding Tatiara agricultural district. The government-operated facility enables local older people to remain in their community during their later years rather than relocating to regional cities like Mount Gambier or metropolitan Adelaide.
