Gentle Care Nursing Services is a Sydney-based in-home nursing and care provider, not a residential aged care facility. They deliver personalised nursing, personal care, and daily living support to clients in their own homes across Greater Sydney, including the Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Western Sydney, South Sydney, and CBD and East. As a registered NDIS provider and DVA Contracted Community Nursing Provider, they support NDIS participants, veterans, and older Australians through Support at Home, CHSP, and private arrangements. The service is led by founder Gemma, who has over 10 years of hands-on experience across disability, aged care, and in-home support. They operate a deliberately small caseload model, aiming to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
