Ozcare Home Hill

Ozcare Home Hill is a residential aged care facility located in the Burdekin region of Queensland, situated close to the Burdekin River, Wunjunga Beach, and Groper Creek. The facility offers permanent residential care, short-term respite care, and dementia-friendly aged care in secure wings, as well as accommodation for couples. Registered nurses are on duty at all times providing 24-hour care, medication administration, oxygen therapy, and wound care. Residents enjoy five meals a day prepared by on-site chefs, access to an on-site hair salon, a dedicated activities pavilion, a shaded outdoor gazebo overlooking Kidby Gully, and maintained gardens and courtyard spaces. The facility is operated by Ozcare, a Special Work of St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland, as part of a network of 21 residential aged care facilities across Queensland.
