Hume Retirement Resort

Hume Retirement Resort is a luxury over-55s independent living village located at 690 Logan Road, Albury NSW, less than 10 minutes from the Albury CBD and Lavington medical and shopping facilities. Construction commenced in 2009 on the former Hume Country Golf Club site, and the village currently has 64 occupied two- and three-bedroom homes with an ongoing development programme planned to reach 250 properties. All homes are built to disability standard on level blocks, featuring private fully fenced rear yards with alfresco areas, double garages, and modern open-plan interiors with ensuites. Entry is via a loan-lease structure with home prices in the $250,000–$500,000 range, and residents must be aged 55 or over and capable of independent living. The village is operated under the NSW Retirement Villages Act and offers a large Community Centre with a heated indoor pool and spa, gymnasium, library, craft room, workshop, bowling green, and an active Social Committee organising regular activities and outings.
