Focused Care

Focused Care is a home care and community support service based in Malaga, Western Australia, enabling clients to remain in their own homes whilst receiving professional care and support. The service offers nursing care including wound care, post-hospital care, and palliative care, along with home help such as meal preparation, housekeeping, gardening, and transport. Focused Care provides lifestyle companionship to help clients maintain social connections and community engagement, and offers disability support services.
