Freewave Aged Care

Freewave Aged Care is an in-home aged care provider delivering personalised support across South East Sydney, South West Sydney, and the Illawarra/Shoalhaven regions, with offices in Campbelltown, Kogarah, and Berry. All care is provided in clients' own homes through the Support at Home program, covering personal care, domestic assistance, nursing, transport, social support, and allied health services. The organisation emphasises continuity of care through consistent care teams, with phone support available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They also offer specialised pathways including restorative care following illness or hospitalisation, assistive technology and home modifications, and end-of-life care at home. Freewave is a home care service only — they do not operate a residential aged care facility.
