Care & Share At Trinity

Care & Share at Trinity is a community social activity program in Colonel Light Gardens, South Australia, designed for people aged 65 and over who may be socially isolated. Operating Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 2:30pm, the program offers activities including music, exercise classes, games, crafts, and organised outings, coupled with two-course lunch meals to encourage social connection. Participants contribute $17 per day toward meal and activity costs, with optional transport available at additional expense. With over 35 years of experience serving the community, Care & Share emphasises reducing loneliness and supporting independent living through meaningful social engagement and friendship-building.
