Ozcare Ozanam Villa is a recently refurbished residential aged care facility at 20 Matilda Street, Burleigh Heads, on the Gold Coast, set within tranquil landscaped gardens and within walking distance of the local shopping centre and a short drive from Burleigh Heads beach. Operated by Ozcare, a not-for-profit and a Special Work of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland, it offers permanent residential care, residential respite for short-term stays, dementia-friendly care in secure wings, and accommodation for couples. Registered nurses are on duty at all times, providing 24-hour emergency nursing care, medication and injection administration, oxygen therapy, and wound and stoma care. On-site amenities include a hairdressing salon, a chapel/prayer room with regular religious services, visitors' lounges, a library, and landscaped gardens with walking paths, along with five meals a day prepared by in-house chefs. Visiting health professionals — physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech pathologist, podiatrist, dietitian, dentist and optometrist — are available to residents.
