Seabrae Manor

Seabrae Manor Aged Care is a residential aged care home located at 21 Buchanan Street, Rothwell QLD 4022, on the Redcliffe Peninsula approximately 28 kilometres northeast of Brisbane, serving the Moreton Bay community since 2014. The facility offers residential, respite, dementia, and palliative care using a household model with all-private ensuite rooms and 24-hour nursing and personal care. In April 2026, the facility expanded with the opening of Chapman House, a purpose-built 37-bed wing featuring private ensuite rooms with built-in wardrobes, flat screen TVs, and spacious layouts flooded with natural light. The home is owned by the Tingari Group and managed by Castalia Group, both wholly Australian-owned organisations. Residents enjoy an active lifestyle programme including live music events, watercolour classes, bus outings, gardening, bingo, and regular intergenerational and community visits.
