Juniper Marlgu Village

Juniper Marlgu Village in Wyndham is a residential aged care facility operated by Juniper, Western Australia's largest not-for-profit aged care provider, serving the remote Wyndham community at the tip of the Cambridge Gulf in the East Kimberley — Australia's oldest town in the Kimberley and the most northerly town in WA. 'Marlgu' means 'pelican' in the local Gajerrong language, and the facility provides care for elderly residents of Wyndham and surrounding East Kimberley communities including Aboriginal elders from the Gajerrong, Kija, and Miriwoong peoples. Wyndham is a small, remote town known for the Five Rivers Lookout, the Cambridge Gulf, and the mighty tidal waterways teeming with saltwater crocodiles that define the Far Kimberley.
