HammondCare Beachcomber Social Club is a day respite care service located at 1 Darley Road, Manly NSW 2095, supporting people living with frail aged needs and dementia across the Northern Beaches, including Manly, Mosman, and North Sydney. The club offers a safe, inclusive social environment where older people can take a regular break from home, connect with their local community, and enjoy a full day of tailored activities and home-cooked meals prepared on site. Activities are individually suited to each client and include gardening, bus outings, exercise sessions, arts and crafts, board games, reminiscing, nature trips, and opportunities to help in the kitchen. The service also provides meaningful respite for family carers, giving them time to rest from their caring roles. Access is through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or Support at Home funding.
