Purple House is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled Health Service founded in 2000, based in Alice Springs, NT, serving Pintupi Luritja people across the Western Desert. Primarily focused on providing dialysis services in 20 remote communities across NT, WA, and SA through stationary clinics and the mobile Purple Truck unit, the organisation also delivers primary health care, aged care, and social support services. The service aims to help Indigenous renal patients access life-saving dialysis whilst maintaining connections to family and Country. Purple House operates as a not-for-profit organisation and runs community kitchen facilities and catering services as part of their social enterprise activities.
