Uniting AgeWell Strathdon Community

Strathdon Community is a residential aged care facility operated by Uniting AgeWell, situated in the heart of Forest Hill, Victoria, close to parks, public transport, and Davy Lane Reserve. Run by a not-for-profit organisation of the Uniting Church in Australia, it offers residential, dementia, palliative, and respite care with an individualised, person-centred approach guided by the Uniting AgeWell Dementia Framework.
