Trangie Hospital

Trangie Health Service is a government-operated Multipurpose Service located at 28 Harris Street, Trangie NSW 2823, run by the Western NSW Local Health District. It provides 24-hour emergency care alongside inpatient beds covering general medicine, respite, and palliative care, as well as dedicated residential aged care services. Allied health support includes physiotherapy (available every second Thursday by appointment) and virtual occupational therapy, speech pathology, mental health, and preoperative clinics. A private general practice is co-located on-site with a doctor available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Telehealth virtual care is available and the facility is fully wheelchair accessible.
