Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is a home care services provider operating across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, helping older people remain independent in their own homes. They offer Support at Home services funded through three pathways: the Commonwealth Home Support Programme for entry-level needs, government-funded Support at Home Packages across eight levels of care including dementia support, and private self-funded arrangements. Services span daily living tasks such as cleaning, meal assistance, and transport, through to clinical care including nursing, physiotherapy, and allied health support.
