Services range from assistance with daily tasks such as meal preparation and dressing through to complex nursing, palliative, and wound care delivered in the home. Silverchain holds accreditation under both national health care and aged care standards, meaning their in-home services meet the same government safety and quality benchmarks as hospitals and residential facilities. As a home care provider only, they do not operate a residential aged care facility.
