Kennedy Place at Richmond is a luxury retirement village located in the inner-Melbourne suburb of Richmond, Victoria, designed by award-winning architects Bates Smart. It offers independent living apartments with five-star amenities including an indoor heated pool, gymnasium, yoga and Pilates studio, rooftop terrace with city views, café, and a 30-seat theatre. The site has a rich history, originally housing Wertheim Pianos in 1908 before becoming Heinz facilities and later Nine Network studios, with the name honouring Australian television legend Graham Kennedy. The village is owned and operated by Keyton, a leading Australian retirement village operator. This is a retirement living community only — no residential aged care, nursing, or dementia services are offered on site.
