St John’s Community Care

St John's Community Care is a not-for-profit charity established in 1997, providing aged care and community support services across eight Queensland locations including Cairns, Townsville, Brisbane, and remote areas. Services include in-home aged care support, domestic assistance, social support, respite care, and allied health services, along with disability support and community programmes. The organisation emphasises a wellness and reablement approach, supporting over 5,500 people of all abilities and cultural backgrounds with individualised, client-centred care.
