Uniting AgeWell Grampians Community Transport

Grampians Community Transport is a volunteer-run door-to-door transport service for elderly people in the Grampians region of Victoria who are unable to drive or use public transport. The service serves people aged 65 and over (or 50+ if Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) who are registered with My Aged Care, and operates on weekdays only with 48 hours notice. A fee applies for each trip, though carers may travel at no cost. All volunteer drivers undergo federal police checks and receive training from Uniting AgeWell.
