Anglicare Social and Wellness Centre Penrith

The Anglicare Social and Wellness Centre Penrith is a centre-based day respite and social support service operated by Anglicare, an Anglican not-for-profit organisation. It provides structured day programmes for older adults, including those living with dementia, featuring activities such as gardening, cooking, games, art, music therapy, and exercise classes. Transport to and from the centre is available, and freshly cooked meals catering to dietary needs are provided on attendance days. Funding through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme or a Home Care Package may be used to cover or subsidise the cost, or services can be paid privately. The centre is part of a wider network of Social and Wellness Centres operating across Sydney, the Blue Mountains, New England, and Mt Ousley.
