Built in 2015, each unit features spacious open-plan living with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate laundry, secure garage, and alfresco dining. Residents enjoy access to on-site facilities including a hairdressing salon, library, internet café, and 24-hour emergency call system. The facility is operated by Resthaven, a not-for-profit aged care provider established in 1935 and affiliated with the Uniting Church in Australia. Staff are available on-site to support residents whilst maintaining independence and privacy.
