BlueCare Gatton and Lockyer Home and Community Care

BlueCare Gatton and Lockyer Home and Community Care is a community care service operated by BlueCare (part of the not-for-profit UnitingCare network) serving the Gatton and Lockyer Valley region of Queensland. Rather than a residential aged care home, it provides in-home support and clinical care designed to help older people stay independent in their own homes. BlueCare has delivered home care across Queensland for more than 70 years, having been founded in 1953. Services are tailored as needs change and are offered under the government's Support at Home program, with guidance available on funding and costs.
